Rounding out my 5th month with Orange Ashes VA Overall impressed with their communication and proactive care of my online business. My assistant clearly communicates work hours and completed tasks and is efficient with her time. She is highly detail- oriented, as I was most impressed recently, my VA caught a mistake that I made and without me having to ask her, she went in and fixed it. My current VA is a fast learner, incredibly reliable and willing to take on even more- I haven’t yet found a limit to the amount of work I can put on her! On our first feedback call, I requested email updates on hours worked- there is a live time tracker provided, but I just forget to check it. And sure enough, this week I received an email report of hours worked so that I didn’t have to remember (or forget) to check the tracker myself. Excellent customer service! On our second feedback zoom this week with the VA manager, we did an overview of my business growth and goals for the year, and Orange Ashes VA made suggestions for potential new services they would be able to cover in the areas I proposed, in order to free me up for greater growth!
